These simple steps will enable you to setup and use FlashRes:
 Call your sales person or the reservation manager at the hotel and ask for two numbers: The hotel’s unique Worldspan ID Code and the Booking Code for each type of room in your contract that has been assigned to your group housing block in the hotel’s central reservation system(CRS).
 Sort and create from your Rooming List an Excel spreadsheet with this format: FIRST NAME, LAST NAME, EMAIL ADDRESS, BOOKING CODE, ARRIVAL DATE, DEPARTURE DATE, and leave a last column blank for the CONFIRMATION NUMBER. Save your new FlashRes Spreadsheet. NOTE: If you want all the confirmations to come to you, just paste your email address all the way down the email column.

 Construct a Confirmation Email for your Attendees using our email form.
 Click the Upload Button to browse to your FlashRes Excel spreadsheet
 Click the FlashRes button to make real-time hotel reservations for everyone on your attendee list

Within minutes FlashRes will auto-book your hotel rooms for each attendee on your list and send each attendee their own confirmation email.
